I think the lady pilots here would not be checking the hair
A mild winter in Austria. Looking north towards Ötscher mountain with Mariazell in the foreground, LOGM being closed due to the (very modest) snow.
A closer look at Ötscher.
A strange fortress, on the coast somewhere near Hastings
Solar panels near Deanland… somebody collected a nice subsidy on that job
Ice picked up in a few seconds of passing through some cloud at -3C
A strange fortress, on the coast somewhere near Hastings …
…. the Dymchurch Redoubt (was built 1804-1812 to protect England from an expected French Invasion during the Napoleonic War.)

Hello all,
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to fly at TB21 from Tarbes (LFBT) above the Pyrenees. Here are a few pics.
The TB21GT, best SEP ever? (breathtaking performance compared to my usual ride):

The “Pic du midi de Bigorre” and its observatory:
CAVOK weather over Eastern Hungary:
The Tokaj Mountain in the centre of the picture is ca. 15 km from the aircraft, and the Zemplén (to the right) and Bükk (to the left) Mountain ranges are 20-50 km afar. It has been rather choppy, but not unsafe of course.
Some more “low and slow” pictures from last week. A complete trip report is following, but I’ll find the time only after the Aero. (For a little more VFR content :-)

Great pics
That’s a TB21 with a G500. Somebody must have spent some money on that. Socata quoted me €48k for putting that in (with 1×GNS430W).
Great pics of the mountains. The TB21 is a good machine for that.
What is this?
mh great fastback Cessna, a ’59 or ’60/61? It seems to be in excellent condition.
