Job description
Within the Corporate Talent Management department, the Talent Development Coordinator will support and coordinate talent development actions in line with the overall talent management strategy in strong transformation.

You will be both a change agent and a driving force for the global transformation of talent development. As a member of the Corporate TD team, you will actively participate in the coordination of performance management and talent development actions.

Thus, your responsibilities to contribute to the achievement of the department’ objectives and will be:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the corporate talent development team
○ Liaise and coordinate with assessment companies – in partnership with our HR Business partners – the assessment of our talents
○ Coordinate activities with consulting companies.
- Support the organization of development actions and events for our talent pools
- Prepare the communication package for performance management and talent development for different audiences (HR, Managers and Employees)
- Help track our talent development analytics/metrics
- Support on the communication of our different initiatives, develop the storytelling with the different audiences to get them on board
- Manage the administrative tasks of our department and liaise with the purchasing department and the legal department

Profile
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2-5 years

REQUIRED SKILL-SET :

Essential :

Very good in Excel – especially making reports / analysis from very large data sets.
Data sets could be from multiple universes – example Talent history, Performance Ratings, Compensation, Learning Data.. and the role holder will need to summate all this into coherent reports for Top management
Analyzing Data; seeing patterns and suggesting possibilities from it
If the incumbent is good / or has early exposure in Power BI – it will be an added advantage over others

Desirable:

Be able to convert the data into smart Power point slides for discussion with their boss
Good communication skills – spoken and written
Be able to communicate with other senior Managers – written and verbal, for specific tasks, including follow-ups
Good follow up skills – keeping the relationship intact, and yet getting the job done
