Just fortunate on the lighting. When I took the photo we were on an ILS to Boeing Field and my copilot (wife) was carping at me to “pay attention to business!”. But it was a clear day and just too good to miss. She has since forgiven me.

On our way to Thanksgiving Dinner. We think most of California was traveling for the holiday. All in their airplanes! Most this traffic are private aircraft. (I was going to say “small” but quite a few are almost always small jets and turboprops. They fly way out of proportion to their numbers.)
