This year’s unofficial, and rather low-key gathering at Bute to honour the island blacksmith, Andrew Baird and the first powered flight in Scotland. The actual site of the first flight at Ettrick beach, about five miles north of the current airfield, is still useable as an aerodrome, with care.
Jacko did that Husky travel over the Atlantic flown by the owner? I see you are both shod for non tarmac.
