A valid PPL and strong VFR skills vs. frozen or full ATPL vs. (1000h total time) vs. rated and current on PH30.
It’s not a problem, it’s just funny.
I had always understood was that one of the criticisms of many less experienced commercial pilots was that they could manage the systems but lacked piloting skills.

Not only redundant but impossible. I guess they should have written SEP class rating.

It is impossible because you cannot have a valid PPL and ATPL at the same time.
