As with most airports in the UK, you need to request PPR before arriving – same day or day before. There used to be a form on their website but seems to be unavailable but you can call the Ops number listed in the AIP.
Stagecoach S4 Gold bus goes from outside airport main gate to Oxford City Centre.
Hotel wise if you get delayed or stuck there is a Premier Inn directly outside main gate as well.
Parking for visitors is normally on the southern end of the main apron (see spots 1-8). Arrivals will be as directed by ATC and expect random circuit directions / joins to fit in with other traffic. Keep a close eye on the Brize zone on departure runway 19 or arrival 01, and also D129 for parachuting is directly north west so watch that in the circuit especially if a westerly wind.
