Hey guys,
what do you think? Can I store my passenger headsets (Sennheiser HME 100, non-active) during summer and winter times in the car? Or does the temperature (high in summer, cold in winter) will harm them?
Thanks for experienced based answers!

It harms the ear pads at least for some cheaper models. I have my PAX ones there for convenience but would never keep mine in.
Someone I know had his car broken into. I don’t remember what the thieves stole, but the interesting thing is they didn’t take his two Bose A20s (probably worth more than the car)
If noise-cancelling the headset batteries won’t like extreme temperatures
I have just looked at the spare headset that has been in the back of my car for the last ten years. I could not see any deterioration, but it has gel ear seals. The foam microphone muff was OK too.

Probably because two A20s is not something you’ll be able to quickly sell to your local fence.

My guess would be that they didn’t know the value.
Thank you! I will the passenger ones in the car as well then!
