The EGKA pricing is 11-13 years old
I just don’t think pilots bother to enter the data. There are too many of these websites and none of them reached critical mass. Also too few pilots fly very far so the input data will be very thin.
Some info on handling in Spain that is useful and prevents rip-offs..

UK: One forum website has a Price League table for UK airports for a 757 kg plane.
