I think it mentioned quite a few times – if you log this, then it can be reviewed later and might influence some airspace changes or improve staffing levels. Yes, it might not, but it is not going to make things much worse for sure…
There were some conversation apparently where members of the CAA as well as NATS actually asked for this – it helps them all to justify those things.
