No, the NLFS (Night low flying system) is different from the LANIA (Low Altitude Night Intercept Area) you mentioned.
The NLFS is protected by the ED-R 150 and activated in specified sectors by NOTAM. The corresponding chart is found on page three of Other Charts==

Here is a Czech site which appears to generate a zoomable airspace map. A bit basic AFAICT.
