A microlite in Texas was dragged along a canyon after an engine failure and parachute deployment; killing one of the two occupants.
A Cirrus crashed, without chute deployment, in Colorado. The chute deployed in the crash, and dragged the wreckage until a rancher ran over the chute in his SUV to stop it. It had been dragged into Wyoming. Both occupants dead.
