Can anyone help me with Mobile FD?
It seems to be desperately unreliable when loading icing/turbulence/winds aloft information. I would say that 8/10 times it returns with ‘no data available’
The same data is always available no problem on myfpo.jeppesen.com but then not embedded into the moving map.
Best suggestion I got from technical support was to reinstall. What a joy that was, re-downloading all the charts! Of course it changed nothing..
I’m hoping, and guessing, I’m doing something stupid but I’m not managing to figure out what..
Anyone came across this issue??
