I wonder why Opera don’t work
The probable answer is that web programmers don’t bother to test their websites with it. These are EuroGA browser usage stats:
So you can see most coders won’t even bother to test with Firefox. This is a fast moving business, dominated by young people who tend to “live for today”
And most websites today are built with code libraries (“frameworks”) which in turn are developed by the same sort of people who are here today and working somewhere else (more interesting) tomorrow. It is a bloody nightmare if you are trying to run a website
Opera was last big on Symbian, which died about 10 years ago.
But it only seems to be a subset of approach plates etc ?
It should list the aerodrome AIPs and no others. For example for Prague LKPR you get
The usual limitations apply e.g. Germany keeps its VFR charts secret unless you pay some €€€

@LeSving, seen that before as client & proxy caching issues on Eurocontrol EAD wesite – list of things is available, but PDFs failed to load. Years ago.
Also seen that when the traffic inspection system went nuts.

Didn’t know that. But it only seems to be a subset of approach plates etc ?

It was designed to be as browser-independent as possible (I specified the project to use simple HTML and avoid fancy fashion-of-the month “frameworks”) and I normally take care to keep it going.
Had the same problem using Edge or Chrome. Firefox worked on the same PC. I was however able to download/save the PDFs and then open them outside of the browser.
Some missed information (sorry). No problems getting to the web-site. It’s when trying to download one of the document this error appears. It only works on my phone.
It say:
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: ead-website.ead-it.com
Address: 195.34.158.88
Aliases: www.ead.eurocontrol.int
Do you have an ad blocker or a pi-hole? The ead part contains the word ‘ad’, so I could imagine some zealous blocker thinking that content can’t be any good.
You could try an incognito window. The BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT gives the impression it’s not the server that’s doing it.
If you open (win-R) a cmd on windows, and run “nslookup www.ead.eurocontrol.int” does it tell you that the name is ead-website.ead-it.com ?
It works for me with Chrome on Mac. (Well, it works in the sense I get to the web page, but then the web site complains about me not being logged in – which is correct.)
Works for me.
