At my homefield the mirk scarcely lifted off (to judge from the webcams) and at home, roughly halfway between my field and EBOS, I never saw the sun shining. At best I could have scud run to EBOS, but I think it is as well I didn’t even try. Envy at the glorious weather in the pictures.
How many G/A planes, more or less? EuroGA or other?
Luckily for us we where there on Saturday, avoided some rain and enjoyed a good landing although I had to make 4 orbits due to a lot of traffic.
After landing the staff was very helpful and very friendly We came with 5 aircraft, 10 people and than we had a good dinner at the restaurant Belair inside the airport.
I would like to say thanks to Wim for having posted the message on Euroga, so we where able to enjoy a wonderful day.
Yep. They parked me on the main apron – so was it 5 of you on GA apron?
Our group was definitely 6 planes but the 6th one may have been parked elsewhere because he came by train from Bruges.
Sundaymorning the counter passed the 100th registration for visiting aircraft.
Probably not all showed up, as today, more further inland, weather wasn’t that cooperative.
To give you an idea:
