I will go to near Ivalo (EFIV) in a couple of days and I am wondering if someone has some information/input to provide on the area and in particular on the possibility to rent a plane over-there in order to do a sightseeing tour….

I don’t know about companies renting planes there and I’m a bit pessimistic if there were any, but a club called Tunturi-Ilmailijat flies from EFIV. I don’t know if they are active during winter or if they have skis under their planes, but they’ll certainly know if there is anyone else renting planes over there.
