I also contacted a manager at AECFA and got this reply:
Your GCRs messages went through our system when they were sent (this morning) and are now being processed. They had to be converted into SCRs as our system does not deal with the GCR format. You will be receiving our replies as soon as your slot requests have been evaluated.
In case you are not familiarized with the SCR format (which is the only one our system currently manages), you can use as a reference the guide is published in our website: https://www.slotcoordination.es/sites/Satellite?blobcol=urldata&blobkey=id&blobtable=MungoBlobs&blobwhere=1576857856327&ssbinary=true
Which I think is nice.
For context: An SCR is a “Slot Clearance Request”, whereas a GCR is a “General Aviation Slot Clearance Request”. I guess I’ll have to read up on that one as well.
If you email me the PDF I will try it.
Huge PDFs (megabytes) may not upload. Also PDFs are validity-checked and if this fails, it refuses it (to prevent exploits dressed up as PDFs) but sometimes this check produces spurious refusals.
Has anyone ever tried contacting the Spanish SLOT COORD?

Information for the request of slots in Spanish airports (pdf – 159.13 KB)

The email bounces back. Is that no longer there email?
I’ve tried calling the office, and it’s not available.
The emails bounce back, even in GCR format. Anyone tried getting slots for Spanish airports?
Yes, February this year for LEZL Sevilla. But through a handling agent (Andalucia Aviation Service) which is mandatory for LEZL. That all went very smoothly and without any problems.
I’ve contacted the airport directly already (LEIB Ibiza) and they said for slots contact the Slot Coordination Office, which must be the same place that the handlers get it from (but charge 100EUR for). I tried with AFTN yesterday, but no response yet – will check when home.
Someone must know there new email/number. Iberia in Ibiza won’t do this for me.

Edit: Found the contact details.

I have often wondered how much leeway you are allowed with slots if you arrive way later or earlier than you planned and allocated arrival slot time. With GA aircraft it is much harder to be super precise about exactly when you are likely to arrive after a 3 hr flight at 180 kts or whatever. Do they have the right to refuse you permission to land if you are 20 minutes late.
