Both works are due to complete by end of 2015.

Not affecting GA but commercial aviation mainly.
When complete a new 3200 m. runway will be available without restrictions.
Main 16/34 is short(ish) – 2410m – for medium haul airliners with restrictions to/from the south due to rising terrain.
The works are progressing but slowly. They are due to complete by 2016.
