The mandatory handling thing at San Sebastian is a bit unclear, discussed here several times. It seems like, under certain circumstances, one can get away without handling.
I emailed Biarritz earlier with a PPR request and asked for cost of landing and parking for 2 nights. They have responded with parking confirmed, total cost 150.03 Euros. Are these costs normal for Biarritz?
