Yes, a very delicate balance. Frequently those that set up a GA shop do so because they dont like working in the airlines’ team environment, and we at GA should possibly be grateful for that.
We cant expect the customer relationship to work the same as other markets where there are more options. Those who find a setup in this part of the world that works and prices properly tend to keep such a scarce occurrence reasonably quiet…
Seven weeks and counting…
PA46 (new in 2022) annual + 100h service was 1week at Piper Germany EDVK. Surprisingly the brakes were worn down to the limit. This after one year and 104h since new. I should think about my braking or there happened something with the aircraft before it was handed over. I‘ll see it on the next inspection. Leak in the airconditioning, leak in the left brakeline, one static discharger was changed because he was down to limit ( ??? I know missing one but not down to limit).
