Yes, but some codes are understood and automatically processed by the IFPS computer system. You can find them in the IFPS user’s manual which tells you everything you never wanted to know about how the IFPS processes flight plans. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a single place where the RMK codes are explained.
