Worth a mention also that the police there want the 24hr PN for departure also, so if you cannot depart on the notified day/time (due to wx, etc) you are stuck there for a further 24hrs – unless they are nice.
It reminded me of Hania LGSA which was 5 day PPR, so not departing on the day meant being stuck there another 5 days. In reality one could make some phone calls if you had the right contacts, but how ridiculous is this? In Greece, anything goes, but this is France…
