LeSving the plots should be between 50,000 – 100,000 Euros depending on which plot. I am talking to the planners about having a wide remit for the Airpark house designs.
The city is really behind the development. Pehu let me have your contact details and I can put you in touch with the project management who are also part of the city council. Maybe I’ll be there at the same time.

There are plans for an airpark at Oppdal (ENOP). I’m not 100% sure where exactly, but I think it is the area marked. It’s shrub-land/forest today. I think the plan is to just build taxiways, install infrastructure (water, electricity etc) and start selling space. I have only talked to the guy in charge, I haven’t seen any plans. The airport is used for gliders and skydivers with lots of activity. It has Jet A1, 100LL and mogas. It’s VFR and IFR with it’s own little tower. Oppdal is best known for skiing (downhill) and fishing, hunting, hiking.
It’s my second “home” GA-vise, and I’m playing with the thought of having a place there myself. It will be interesting to see how this develop (and IF it develops).

The transformation of it from Gravel field to ASPHALT has just finished (this week).
Its been an aeroathletic center for Northern Greece, mainly for sailplanes, since the late 70’s.
We visit it often with GA aircraft from all over Greece.
Its a paradise air-park for GA travelers.
No based AVGAS.
Low prices hotel on site with swimming pool.
Its main purpose is to host the aeroathletes coming from time to time.
The surrounding area has other (more) high end hotel facilities.
The mountain to its north is the main winter ski getaway for most people for Thessaloniki.
Agios Athanasios village to its northwest up on the mountain https://goo.gl/maps/RnQsouGFNGJvmYHg9 has all the facilities for winter skiers and summer visitors.
