The funniest thing was: today the new owner said Hello to me in the hangar and with him was a friend of his, who looked familiar, and it was my next door neighbour! Not quite as good as a guy I work with who stepped off a bus in Cairo and saw his next door neighbour from Shoreham…
I then bumped into the original owner – Noel – and I reckon he will be back 
Like so many in the post covid era, he bought a boat. But a boat in England just doesn’t compute

@Capitaine No plan B – but IF I get my medical back I doubt I’ll be away for long – maybe see if someone is selling a share in the C172 Reims Rocket I used to fly -and a friend just bought an Alpi Pioneer and promises to take me flying. I do miss it badly already.
@Peter I agree about boats – chilly and bumpy and sick making in my experience! Funny about your neighbour :)
