I visited LEGR in Sept 2022 in an N-reg DA42. Price was circa 11 euros for mandatory inbound handling (as I was arriving from a non-controlled airport). Outbound, no handling required if you pay your own fees in the administrative office.
The handler providing the “accompaniment service on ramp” is Iberia [email protected]. Make sure you specify “accompaniment service on ramp” and do not let them touch your bags (otherwise it could become normal handling).
