Deleted. Watched it again and saw twin jet.
There was no collision risk because the other aircraft was moving downwards in the field of view. A target on a collision course will appear stationary.
It looks like 1000ft vertical separation, perhaps?
You need to be at a high altitude to get contrails like that. Impressive!
