Not always, especially in the FL200+ region.
Today I tried to get the route from LDVA to LFKB and this is the first time I saw AR wasn’t able to generate one while FF did it.

I had it generate a really funny one for the last flight I did, and it was the only proposed solution. It took a lot of time to plan something reasonable by hand. In the Benelux and Rhein areas the deficiencies become most evident. Endless bouncing against Eurocontrol validation (time consuming http requests) instead of “understanding” the restrictions and coming up with a solution.
All the apps use the numeric error codes to look up the messages.

Strangely, when I limited routing altitude to FL120 (previously was FL180), AR generated pretty good route as usual.
