Geeking out on post flight data with FlySto.net

FlySto supports EuroGA

The JPI binary format was reverse engineered and published many years ago. I’ve just sent you the stuff I had archived. It should still be on google. Their more recent products will be different but at least you know where to look.

This is an EDM file parser @staski wrote. It‘s in Swift, though.

Thanks Snoopy for your efforts.
I wonder how other engine data analysis websites (e.g. savvy aviation ) do it. I could directly upload the EDM file there.

I tried to compile Peter’s code but I couldn’t manage it.

Thanks Terbang for the link. This looks more recent and should work with some effort.

There’s also a parser available written in Java: https://github.com/wannamak/edmtools.. BTW: BlueEDM let’s you export your flight data as JSON. Maybe you can give it a try if you have an iPhone or an iPad.

Doesn’t work. Only one clip currently (needs to be unedited for time sync to work).

Multiple video clips per flight will come 👍

How does FlySto work with a flightstream 510?
I can’t use an SD inflight because of the FS, and to download it afterwards is a bit of a hassle, no?

Do you only have one SDCardSlot?

Any progress on this? Would really come in handy for upcoming training sessions :)

AFAIK yes.

You should be able to access your logs via Garmin Flighstream 210/510 connected to Garmin Pilot.
