Does anyone know why the SkyDemon airfield plates do not have the ILS frequencies listed?

Because its a VFR product (c). For ILS please use the AIP plates, available in SD.
Setup – Planning Options – Show IFR Features – select airfield – Instrument Plates

Since a couple of years SD is not a VFR product, although it is primarily for VFR.

Maybe, maybe not, but it’s a Royal pain finding the DME frequency to stay out of the ATZ or something when VFR. Same in Foreflight. Unless someone knows different …
go to the PLOG and you will see all navaids and frequencies, this is exactly what I use to support the VFR/IFR part or even simpler put your finger on the navaid e.g. @EBLGE you will see IHH DME 108.750
