Flying in to Angers Marce - France

I would like to fly into Angers Marce on my trip around France but I notice that there is a ‘Restricted Area’ around the airfield. Can anyone suggest what this means to an arriving pilot.

LF-R28.

As always, the AIP (or Jeppesen) is your friend:

No problem.

Hi – Again.

I have been trying to find the link to the document you kindly posted but failed. Could you direct me to the link to the French AIP for LFR28 which would help with future planning.

There are several ways of getting to the AIP for a given country.

Usually each country have an AIS web site where they publish the information. You cann google “AIP France” for example.

The French AIP is published on https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/. Hover over “eAIP” in the left column, and select eAIP France

My preferred AIP access path is the Autorouter. Click “Briefing” and select “AIP/Plates”

In the AIP, the P, D and R areas are documented in ENR 5.1
