"Campi di volo" in Italy for non-ULM aeroplanes

I understand that Italian “campi di volo” are essentially airstrips for ULMs. Do you know whether it’s possible to land there (assuming approval of owner) with a suitable non-ULM aeroplane? Is this legal, or otherwise even commonly done “under the radar”?

Somehow related, Italian aerodrome counts by airport type:

Airport Type Count
Aeroporto civile 81
Aeroporto militare 26
Aeroporto misto 6
Aviosuperficie 224
Campo di volo 235
Idrosuperficie 1

D’oh! Should’ve searched the site before to find this relevant thread. It’s mentioned there that “campi di volo” might be legally usable for holders of a “mountain rating” with an aeroplane. Any ideas whether that’s true?

“Asking for a friend” with a non-certified (but obviously non-ULM) Jodel D11 … ;-)

Not sure. But if nothing goes wrong, I doubt anyone will ask. Just make sure you can get out after getting in.
