What are you building/flying ?

We had various threads on avionics for homebuilts e.g. here. This is interesting stuff because you can do functionality which a certified plane may not be able to have.

It has happened: I, too, joined the non-certified owner community, after I have recently acquired two Marcel Jurca MJ-2 Tempête projects. One will (probably) be flying throughout towards early 2019, the other one… we’ll see.

Congrats, @mh! Keep us posted!
And, err, is that a Volkswagen engine I discern?

Thanks.

It’s an O235 with inverted fuel and oil.

Wow! Going acro, too?!

That’s the point of this aircraft. +6/-3g and a wing area smaller than that of a pitts:

Here a similar aircraft

That’s nice. My Onex is also fully aerobatics, maybe we should have a duel? But, I only have 80 hp and no inverted fuel and oil, so we have to fly acro like “gentlemen” (at least I do)

I’ve always been really taken with the look of the Onex! Any photos?

Now retired from forums best wishes

@LeSving when I come to Norway next year it will probably be in the Lake… that one is definately not aerobatic :-)

Is your Onex flying?
