Iggy! What do you mean ‘MAYBE good paella in the Balearics?’ You have a ban on pics, and I thought about describing the ones we (OK, my wife plays the major part) fabricate, but that would take too long, so here goes anyway. 
Come over one day and we’ll have one. Although the size of our paellera is enough for entire EuroGA fly-in actually.
