There are a lot of ULMs with mode S here as well as a lot of annexe 1 with mode S.
Keep an eye out for F-JXXX and F-Pxxx to see if FR24 showing all of these. Our Super Guépard has mode S and I have no problem switching it on and pressing altitude. Flying in CAS without txp is not acceptable and mode S gets you a good service, so why not use it?
