IFR I don’t think it will be gone until EOBT+60
That may well be technically accurate but then you are relying on the goodwill of somebody to help you out.
I have no specific recollection but I am sure I have been in situations where the answer at EOBT+30 was NO.
And if you are airborne at say EOBT+50 but still OCAS, there is no obligation on anybody to help you. You are just another piece of VFR traffic… And you won’t be in CAS without somebody having your FP.

What I meant is that if you wait until EOBT+59 and then send a DLA message (DELAY), that would work. You would get a new EOBT and would not need to file a new FPL
