Few experimental in France are PH, there is Lancair (based at Auxerre) that was imported from US as kit and is certified for IFR in France, I understand the owners had a tough time getting restricted CoFA for F-reg but they have to prove they built 51% of the thing, there was a Velocity at LaRochelle, no idea if it’s IFR but unlikely as it’s F-Pxxx reg which suggest a PfF
