They do in VIP lounge of international side of OIIE airport (but everybody will remind you it’s the last one you will have for weeks), Alitalia will serve you a drink while at cruise altitude while in first class or in the kitchen (you may need your seat neighbours permission if sitting in second class), it’s national flag carriers who don’t serve it
