I’m in a bit of a hurry due to last minute changes and I don’t have much time looking up regs.
What is the Mode-C/Mode-S situation in Poland, Czech Republic and Austria? I know that in Germany is max 5000 AMSL / 3500 GND with Mode-C. How are the other three countries?

Czech Republic: outside of TMA Praha, mode C is allowed on VFR flights below FL95 (i.e. in class E airspace). Within TMA Praha, mode S is mandatory. For more details, see Czech AIP, GEN 1.5.
