The will brake multiple rules, as their won’t be a CRS be a certified person, no testing with proper equipement etc.
I can understand though. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to do this without proper soldering skills. The board can be damaged if someone doesn’t know what he is doing / has no soldering skills. Seen this a couple of times.
