Another one, which I just discovered about the Icom A25CE (COM only) vs A25NE (+NAV, GPS and Bluetooth):
The NE version comes with an AA battery case and headset adapter, whereas the CE does NOT.
If you want those, it will set you back another ~150 €, which brings the price of the package very close to the NE.
Stupid price policy, clearly created to push the NE. Besides, those accessories probably cost less than 5 € to produce :D
