Can you guess what this is?

A vacuum take-off will not introduce any bleed air into the intake tract as long as it connected to a sealed device of some kind. So, if it's used to drive a pump then the pump too must have an inlet which is the air bleed. However, if the vacuum is either being measured (MAP sensor) or used to do mechanical work (vacuum servo) then there is no additional air bleed.
