We had a specialist replace a windshield on a Zlin. For long cuts, he used a small (~5 cm) diamond disc. Detail work was done with a Dremel at high speed using a toothed bit like on the photo, some 4 mm in diameter.
Important: never flame-polish the cut. If the surface is rough, I would recommend a three-corner scraper, but it takes some skill to use it properly.
