We started on the Annual today and quickly realised that the rear set headrests, which were practically never used and look brand new, are the same as the front ones, so we moved the back ones to the front, and I will worry about the old front ones a bit later 
The headrest contains some kind of foam but the foam was never “solid” so it was only a matter of time before the whole thing disintegrated simply due to the headrest being adjusted.
Mot sure what anybody can do with this. It looks like it was cast into a mould and then the leather done around it. Or maybe expanding foam was poured into the leather container?
