Surely the best opportunities are in areas with poor infrastructure and chances of “some good yield for just a couple of years”. So sad for the German CargoLifter enterprise that constructed a huge hangar for their cargo zeppelins – I understand it now serves as a “tropical beach paradise” or such – surely they could have met this requirement better than anyone else. Were they ahead of their day?
