I’m planning to fly out of Toussus LFPN on 27/7. The field is sometimes without ATC for whole days, and if you’re not based you need a special permission from the DGAC. The closures are NOTAMed well in advance. In this case, here’s what my four (!) NOTAM sources have:
So I dutifully emailed the DGAC, who at first couldn’t understand why I was asking this, and when forwarded the NOTAM replied with

At least this time it was the right way round.
Realised my post was cryptic. Foreflight, Garmin Pilot, Skydemon and Autorouter don’t display the D) field of the NOTAM, which specifies the restriction only applies on the 25th and 30th.
On a related note, getting an exemption (at least for out of hours, when otherwise reserved for based aircraft) has always been relatively easy. Usually just a matter of sending a noise certificate and tell them you speak french. They also send you a file with the local regulations which you are expected to comply with.

Also because when I go it into SD, it doesn’t give me that NOTAM at all, inly the one reffering to restrictions up to today (11th)!
As a sidenote: due to these restrictions, I find Toussus quite a ridiculous place. I know, for who wants to fly IFR, there are few alternatives close to Paris…
