Flying EU-reg aircraft with ICAO ATPL(H)IR

Hi to everyone!
I would be very grateful if any guide me to know for sure if I can perform ferry flight of a brand new aircraft just shipped to Czech Republic. It’s OK-reg(czech privat reg) MEL helicopter. The goal of flight- one-way delivery to Russia via Poland and Belorussia. The issue I’m a holder of ATPL(H) IR and approriate type rating issued by the Ukrainian CAA(third country).
What is the easiest way to do it?
Thanks to all in advance!

I would clarify that with the Czech CAA.

Mainz (EDFZ) & Egelsbach (EDFE), Germany

Thanks, I would do it anyway but before applying I’d like to ask you guys if anybody meet the same situation.

The privileges (if any) which a given license/rating gives you in a particular aircraft are determined by the State where the aircraft is registered.

That’s the starting point, because if that State doesn’t like it, you cannot do anything.

I had a funny exchange with the CZ CAA some years ago, when I looked at putting my TB20 on the OK-reg. They very specifically told me the UK IMC Rating is not valid on it

In this case the CZ CAA should do a temporary validation.
