Same here. Pantelleria LICG and Lampedusa LICD are on my wish list for long time but somehow it just hasn’t happened yet.
LICG comes highly recommended
100LL is cheaper than at LIRJ, handling is mandatory but paid 51E for everything including 2 nights stay, luckily they haven’t heard about the minimum viable landing fee 
Island itself is half empty at this time of year, which IMHO makes it even more attractive.

Well, 100LL at LIRJ last time I checked was 4,45, at LICG just over 4
There is a fuel track and they would ask you immediately after landing if you need it
Funny how Elba did some “luxury tax” thing years ago, everybody complained and people stopped going there, and now they have done it via this “Egyptian method” and nobody complains
