I had mine done (exchange) at Advanced Turbo Components in Visalia.
Quick service and satisfied so far.

I have bought no less than 4 turbos in the last 6 months from Advanced Turbo Components . I work with there office in Florida since there is less time difference and it’s the same company.
Costs for exchange units is @ $2500 on average, the Rajay used on the Conti TSIO-360 is $2300USD. They usually “build on demand” in 24H and ship UPS in 48H.
That said, I am starting to have doubts on quality: I have 1 with failed bearings after just 100h TIS and just removed another with destroyed bearings as well that had just 25H TIS !

Yeah, I just wrote a long letter to the boss @ ATC about my concerns.
4 turbo failures on 2 planes in less than 200 hours total TIS (spread over the 4 turbos), all with failed center section bearings, tells me something is not right …

BTW: Why are you replacing your turbo ?
My right hand throttle is fully forward at FL170 and cannot maintain 33"mp the left engine is only about 3/4 open
