Definetly, YES for Toussus from Netherlands, flight plan and go even with current Shengen suspension, just ATC FPL (you get your own badge to the gate in front of parking stand 43)
If you go to LaRochelle make sure you have 48h PNR that is separate from ATC FPL, you also have to go via the main terminal (you can’t use AeroClub hangar gates)
