I think this would be an interesting place to discuss some accident reports if anyone has any interesting ones. We regularly discuss accidents that have just happened, but we have little info on. It might be interesting to discuss some from previous years where we do have the report available.
That’s a very good point, since that (learning from it) is basically all one can do an accident report.
