You get what you pay for. . .
Although it is not the cheapest out there, I believe it it is the best.

I use a combination of RAM Mount parts which looks a lot like Peter_Gā€™s setup.

ESKC (Uppsala/Sundbro), Sweden

I have decided to install a mount for my Ipad Mini 5 in the TB20.

It can be done if there is nobody in the RHS, or if it is sitting fairly high so it clears their legs. It can go here

and the mount will itself be quick-release so it can be removed if flying with a RHS passenger.

The mount must be fan cooled. As per various reports ā€“ example ā€“ the Ipad shuts down very easily due to overheating, in the TB20 which has large windows. So I will connect external power to it; it will sit close to the powered Lemo headset sockets which is handy. I will also need to plug in a USB cable to the Ipad to keep it charged; I can build a 28Vā†’5V charger which goes on the back of the mount.

The sort of thing I am looking at is here but the Ipad needs to be quickly removable.

Can anyone recommend something known-good?

You can combine this:

With any RAM mount components you want:

To achieve the desired configuration.

Let me know if you need any 3D-printed adapters, but it looks like that holder is plug-n-p(l)ay with RAM joins.
